 As interest in artificial intelligence expands, organizations are increasingly focusing on attracting talented job applicants who can enhance organizational performance by leveraging the advantages of AI. The purpose of the present paper is to developed a scale to identify the skills that are most aligned with the requirements of future jobs, which applicants should possess. Factor analysis, both exploratory and confirmatory, was employed to analyze future job skills. Based on relevant literature, respondent feedback, and revisions from specialized academics, 40 measurement items were developed, resulting in six factors extracted through an electronic survey involving 250 respondents in primary survey, and 239 in confirmatory stage, from various sectors. The results revealed the extraction of six factors representing the essential skills for future job candidates. These factors, listed according to the eigenvalues and explained variance, are: technical skills, mathematical skills, programming skills, critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. The factors were named according to the direction of the elements. The originality of the research lies in its systematic presentation of a set of skills suitable for artificial intelligence jobs. The research provides value to practitioners in the field of human resource management by offering guidance for the recruitment process.
