17TH SLOVENIAN SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION
The Slovenian Academy of Management,
together with School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana,
Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor and Faculty of Management, University of Primorska
is announcing that
17TH SLOVENIAN SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION:
ORGANIZATIONAL ADJUSMENT IN MANAGEMENT DURING THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC
WILL BE DUE TO COVID-19 HELD ONLINE, ON JUNE 11TH 2021.
At this conference we address the following issues: what are the key challenges and dilemmas of managemennt from the point of view of meeting requirements of various stakeholders, how management resolves this dilemmas, what are organizational adjustments and what are the consequences of these changes at the employee level.
The deadline for submitting extended abstracts (up to 1000 words) is April 15th 2021 to the e-mail address alesa-sasa.sitar@ef.uni-lj.si. All extended abstracts will be reviewed, and authors will be notified in advance of adoption and proposals for improvement by May 7th 2021. Presentation of an extended abstract on conference is mandatory, otherwise the extended abstract will not be published electronically in the conference proceedings. All authors will be invited to prepare full paper by June 30th, 2021 to the review process for publication in a special issue of the journal Izzivi mannagementu.
The registration fee for participation in the consultation is 25 EUR (VAT is included in the price). SAM members and students are exempt from registration fees. Registration for the conference is via e-mail to: rebeka.koncilja@ef.uni-lj.si
The deadline for registration and payment is: May 21st 2021 (authors) and June 1st 2021 (other participants).
