6th International Conference on Management and Organization: INTEGRATING ORGANIZATIONAL RESEARCH: INDIVIDUAL, TEAM, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND MULTILEVEL PERSPECTIVES was organized by The Slovenian Academy of Management, Faculty of Economics University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia, on 23. – 24. June 2022. It took place at School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
More than 50 participants from 17 countries: Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, Albania, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, USA, Canada, Colombia, Thailand and Slovenia attended the conference. At the conference 43 papers were presented in ten sessions, five of them online, discussing the topic of the conference. We also had some highly distinguished world-leading scholars as our plenary and keynote speakers: James LeBreton, Tobias Kretschmer, Kim van Oorschot and Kristina Potočnik.
