25–26 SEPTEMBER 2026, SPLIT, CROATIA
The 15th Regional Inter-Departmental Meeting and Workshop of AOM & Affiliates Southeast Europe (SEE) took place in Split, hosted by the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism – University of Split.
I was pleased to participate in the discussion together with Metka Tekavčič (Slovenian Academy of Management), Marko Vukosavovic (Academy of Management), Ivan Matić (Croatian Academy of Management), and Nikša Alfirević, who moderated the discussion as a representative of the University of Split. It was a valuable exchange of ideas and perspectives.
Sincere thanks to Ivana Bulog, Ivana Bilić, and all colleagues from Split for the excellent organization and hospitality, as well as to the Academy of Management (AOM) for supporting this regional meeting.
It was also a pleasure to take part in inspiring AOM meetings together with Goran Kuljanin, Shira Hodges, Tyler Fezzey, Mijalche Santa, Marina Dabić, Alex Stajković, Kayla Stajković, Barbara Miklič, and Dragana Ćirović — the discussions were highly engaging and represent an excellent continuation of regional cooperation.
