8th International Conference on Management and Organization:
SUSTAINABILITY BY DESIGN: RETHINKING STRATEGY, PEOPLE & DIGITAL FUTURES
June 3–6, 2026 | Hotel Maestral, Pržno, Montenegro
The conference will bring together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how sustainability can be intentionally embedded into strategic decision-making, people-centered work practices, and digital transformations. The program will include AOM community sessions, research paper sessions, professional development workshops, a doctoral and early-career colloquium, and social and networking activities on the Adriatic coast.

The Call for Papers is available here. Submissions (extended abstracts or full papers) will open in December 2025, with a submission deadline of February 1, 2026.
